You know how some people separate work into physically demanding and mentally demanding? Sure you do – everyone does it, including me.
Today was my very first medical exam, and afterward I just felt tired. Okay, a little happier for having it out of the way, but mostly just tired. All that work culminating in a 3 hour exam, of which I only endured 2 and a bit hours.
It was a homeostasis exam, which by definition (well, not so much definition as vibe) is a mish-mash of stuff. Mostly, I was happy with what the examined us on. I say mostly, because I was not a fan of all the muscle physiology questions, and the law questions seemed extremely similar to the ones preceding it. Nevertheless, I’m done with homeostasis. Now where’s that list? Tick.
The next block exam is tomorrow morning at 9:30. This one is going to be a little more of a challenge to me, I think. At least the immunology stuff. It’s all just B and T cells and a whole shit-storm of cytokines.
Yay.
Will let you know how it goes, the two or three of you that read this
Cheers,
Doctor007.
